Project Overview:
Format: Asynchronous digital course with weekly synchronous virtual group sessions. Modular structure with dynamic video instruction, robust interactive resources, clear learning outcomes, and a healthy dose of levity and relatable storytelling.
Challenge: Create a step-by-step, self-paced eLearning course on how to write an effective resume for an all-level audience.
Role: Led the full lifecycle of the digital course. Designed all content, interactions, and assessments, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and stakeholder goals.

Conducted and analyzed data from hundreds of client interviews for research & discovery. Developed strong, detailed user personas, identified common pain points, and determined below the course of action.
